Prisoner: Aein (surname undisclosed)
Charges: 7 counts of fatal assault, two counts of assaulting a Chevalier.
Date of Demise: Waterday, 31st of Snowdown, 2259.
Punishment: Eternal incarceration.

Aein, whose surname remains undisclosed, incited a considerable amount of Chaos, attacking seven people with intent to kill, including Chevaliers. The situation having been a rather dire one, Chevalier Drachen was obligated to kill Aein after warning him several times, as he was potentially about to cause more harm and chaos. Upon revival, Aein will be manacled and chained for eternity by the request of the Silver Council.

Prisoner: Undisclosed name. Male Dwarf.
Charges: Attempting to continue a tradition of skinning Nakam.
Date of trial: Fireday, 31th of Snowdown, 2259
Verdict: Guilty.
Punishment: He was apprehended by Ced, Nwalme stopping him from murdering him outright. He was then brought to Port Silver and after brief decision decided to roll the die. He received the third tier punishment of She Who is Beyond Names. After supplying the necessities, he was left in the care of Scardrac to see the punishment fulfilled.

Such disgusting traditions shall henceforth be considered fourth tier punishments, no matter the criminal or circumstance.

Prisoner: Rose and Raigo
Charges: Both repeat criminals. Non-fatal assault.
Date of trial: Blessday, Third of Floodlock 2259
Verdict: Guilty
Punishment: Raigo rolled onto Skeira. Due to the pressing circumstances of the trial, when the two prisoners agreed to duel against eachother, it was taken to a vote and decided that such would be allowed. Each were brought to the dueling arena, given a rapier, and fought. Raigo was made short work of, the duel starting with a bold move by Rose, and several decisive blows to Raigo's head. He was then... gelded, and upon falling unconscious, Rose left him alive. Josef Mandovi tended to his wounds, and afterwards I left the marking of a criminal upon him. It was decided that if Rose were arrested a third time, she would be left at the mercy of Scardrac.

The Chevaliers are no longer permitted to perform trials or administer justice- Only arrests, and recording of crimes.
These abilities will be revoked for an undetermined period of time. The Silver Council will henceforth handle all instances of decision.
