Frostlight munitions
Frostlight munitions is a group of like-minded crafters who loiter in the northern corners of the map. The ultimate goal of the group is research new tools and weaponry as well as foster the skills of crafting within those interested in learning. Founded by Frost, Who originally claimed a camp off from the current site in the hopes of clearing the undead presence there and studying
an adult Eizholz tree in hopes of further understanding them. In the coming months she would fall in love with the snow covered area, and the nearby grand shrine. She decided to make a more proper settlement to teach people general knowledge and guide pilgrims interested in the grey lady to her shrine.
The leader of Frostlight munitions and founder. Master of mortal arms serves in aiding people in their crafting goals. They are responsible for putting out requisitions for materials of the others but also in supplying what others will need.
Left and right hand- Co-leaders of the faction. Able to keep the leader’s ambitions in check. They are responsible for aiding in communication and determining ultimate actions the faction will do. Allied factions may fill this position and not have to join the faction, depending on stances. Discussion must be had between both factions.
Market savant- Someone who is responsible for finding additional exotic materials frostlight does not produce on it’s own. They also may be given chances to sell exotic gear, Provided they keep a truthful log. They are the oil that keeps this conglomerate funded.
Steward- Responsible for keeping stock of materials used and informing those of when materials are needed. They are the ones who Hand out materials to other faction members icly and are expected to be trustworthy. Works closely with the leader.
Wards- Someone responsible for defending and keeping newer members of the faction from death. They can be Battle-hardened Veterans, Or just someone looking to field test munitions.
They are expected to be lawful. But in the Isolation of the north, Law must be often taken into ones hands. Allied factions may temporarily fill this position.
Fledgling crafters- Someone new with an interest in picking up a skill of crafting. They are responsible for learning how to create things, And while its not expected they will remain in the faction indefinitely, It would be appreciated if they stuck around for a rank or two of crafting. Considering the faction will provide them with what they need/want for this.
Master crafters- Those who are able to create masterpieces. These crafters are often given priority to exotic materials. They may create masterpieces freely and of whatever make they want, But it is requested that they coordinate with other masters to build a stockpile. Once in a while They will all meet to discuss a project for them all to work on together.
