Farmer and Miners Guild

This is the guild I have been wanting to set up for a long time. I have made a prototype on single player and hope to turn it into the full scale guild.

I like the idea of a miners guild. However, not only is there a farmers guild... but isn't having two guild options a bit greedy?

I can change it to one or the other if that suits, I would prefer farmers because I have done more work on it with the farm.
