Hello, I was banned because of an incident due to me power gaming in a situation which I was flustered in. Relatively I'm not too experienced with this server's particular rules of conduct concerning role play and I only wish that I could be unbanned to play again and to not make a mistake this time. The situation I was in was concerning me being a heretic as well as fighting a player and loosing to him, this caused me to be set in flames in the end by Ignis and I ran quickly to get water in one emote but after doing so I was banned for power gaming which I am sorry for. I think my character is dead and I may need to create a new one, I only ask that I can be forgiven and I'll make sure I'll follow the server rules next time.

Alright, this ban was because there was a lot of meta and power gaming going on. This server has a lot of rules and guidelines to follow, so in this case:

What I want you to do is read ALL the above links. Especially the King's Law, and Roleplay guide. These all have very important information that both help what happened and explain answers to questions I saw in your logs.

I'm going to ask you questions from these guides after you're done, but I won't respond for 24 hours, this will give you plenty of time to review them.

On the topic of your character, he is definitely dead.

Alrighty, it hasn't been exactly 24 hours but:

1. Where is the Player Bill of Rights?
2. Kings law - What are citizens of HollowWorld required to do?
3. Bill of rights - What are players not allowed to avoid when it comes to their actions?
4. Economy - What does HollowWorld want to focus on?
5. RP region classifications - What are you allowed to do in a Violent region?
6. RP region classifications - What are you NOT allowed to do in a moderate region?
7. Roleplay - What type of restriction is on magic?
8. Roleplay - How do you write using another language in chat?
9. What's an example of meta-gaming?


I wanted to make 10 but then realized this is enough or perhaps too many.. these answers shouldn't be too hard to find since they are all in the above links.

1. The Player Bill of Rights is under the King's Law.
2. All citizens must abide by the King's Law.
3. Players cannot bypass or ignore the consequences of RP choices.
4. Voting and trading with other players.
5. You are allowed to kill, injure and attack players without fear of prosecution.
6. You are not allowed to act any way that violates the region's owner's law.
7. Your character cannot have learned magic in his/her background story.
8. Use <language.txt> to use a another language.
9. Calling friends to save you in a fight.

Thank for the chance to redeem myself, I appreciate it and I learned quite a lot, never even knew about using other languages haha.

2. Could you please check through the King's law, there is a rule that directly quotes what I asked.
4. Same with two, it's literally the first large paragraph of the guide.. and in bold..
7. The Roleplay guide says something different about magic, can you change your answer?
9. To clarify, calling a friend to save you is reasonable if they are within hearing range, contacting them via PM or over another messaging platform to come save you would be meta-gaming. You don't need to re-answer this one since I'm just clarifying.

2.Citizens are required to protect the peace of Hollowworld and contribute positively to it.
4. Hollowworld's economy is focused on having players and enjoy roleplay, not on gaining radiants the quickest.
7. Magic must be earned in role-play in order to use it.
