We will supply all travelers going northward with everything they need to survive and even enjoy the trek to the Icelands. Whether you're a lone traveler or a group, Clan Goraya is willing to trade you our finest supplies! Worth/Prices may vary depending on what the Clan desires. We do accept radiants or Scales, but we prefer material goods.*
Supplies Include:
- Pemmican: Either of reindeer or elk, mixed with berries and fat. Sixty pounds of pemmican will cost you approximately six goats or its equivalent in livestock or whatever else.
- Kindling and Fuels: We can supply you or your party with fat-wood logs covered in charcoal dust, dry grass, and dipped in fat or wax for weatherproofing purposes. These only come in packets of twenty and will cost you two yaks or its equivalent in goods.
- Dried Meat and Fish: Depending on what the meat is, the price and poundage may vary.
- Dried Bison/Reindeer/Beef Jerky/Cured and Smoked Cattle Sausages/: Twenty pounds is at least five steel ingots or its equivalent (at least 5 cattle in return), as cattle are not cheap.
- Dried Goat Jerky/Smoked/Cured Sausages: Twenty pounds is at least three ingots or its equivalent.
- Dried Chicken Jerky/Smoked/Cured Sausages: Twenty pounds is at least twenty live chicks or its equivalent.
- Dried or Smoked Salmon: Forty pounds is at least fifteen goatskins or its equivalent.
- Dried or Smoked Bass: Forty pounds is at least twenty goatskins or its equivalent.
- Bricks of Ox/Reindeer/Cow Fat/Butter: Fifteen bricks are at least three iron ingots.
- Bricks of Tea: All teas, be they black or herbal, come in packs of fifteen. They are worth at least one whole, furnished medicine cabinet.
- Yurts: These yurts can last a long time, are lightweight (they won't strain your horses!) and can keep you warm even without a fire! These can be combo'd with a half ton of your choice of water, food, or fuel. These can be disassemblable, four person yurts, or cart-drawn ten-person yurts!
- Packhorses: We raise our workhorses to be strong and durable! One Ka'ar Packhorse can drag two full wagons! (OOC: These are IC, for the time being!)
- Oxen/Goats/Reindeers: If you don't want to carry a year's worth of food and are going to be able to feed these beasts on grass or grain, then buy one of these! Once slaughtered, one ox can provide at least a month's worth of food (be sure to turn the bones into broth!) if eaten in its entirety! A reindeer can provide the same amount of food for the same amount of time. A single fattened goat can provide you with twenty day's worth of food! Their worth is very liquid, and so prepare to bargain in person.
- Hunting Bows and Arrows: Depending on what you'll be hunting, we can change the drawweight and the arrow design. Bargain in person.
- Blankets: We use only the finest goat, bear, and reindeer hides to provide you with a warm night. A goatskin blanket is at least five chickens, a bearskin blanket is worth a twelve goats, and a reindeer hide blanket is worth one whole reindeer to be given to us later.
- Tools: Made of sturdy steel, we can provide you with picks, mattocks, shovels, axes, tentpegs, nails, hammers, and saws for all your needs. Worth their cost in steel ingots.
- Winter Clothing: Made fit to your size and from materials appropriate to your location, you can walk easy in the coldest areas of your route in the knowledge that you won't lose even a toe!
