You are requested by Ulric Quinn, of the Kingdom of Sangria, to travel to Halbed to discuss the formation and construction of the newly settled lands of Ralidor. This will be a forum for regional leaders, and members of the Kingdom of Sangria, to discuss the city, its funding and construction, and any concerns that may arise.

The bottom of the letter would contain the location and date.

Location: Cymic's Manor in Halbed
Public/Private?: Private - Everyone listed has been sent a letter. A more public conference will take place after construction of the city begins.
