"This information is late as most of those who roam the streets know. Undead people are beginning to attack and make themselves known in the streets and even outside of the Landing. Lock your doors for they know how to use handles, watch your floorboards and make them extra steady, watch your windows for they can be broken. They swarm everywhere. A blow to the head is NOT a guaranteed defeat to the beasts either, they prove to be resilient. Cut the heads or sever the neck. A good way to know when they come is when fog arrives, the bells are not the only signal.
While the Council laxes on their duty in their warm homes, the peasants suffer, given late warnings of people who pretend to care."
