[Public Notice] A Safe Haven

By Order of the Crown of Hierax, Under the Authority of Prince Drake Ferreum Hawklight, Duke of Dawnshard and Heir to Hawklight,

The city of Heaven's Reach is hereby declared open to all fleeing from the undead threat to the
south. While the gates will be closed, guards will be present to open them for all who's hearts
still beat. Shelter, food, and if you are willing to combat the dead more directly, weapons, are
available and will be provided by the Crown. Hawklight has never faltered before the servants
of Grief or Skraag - Here, safety is to be found.

Food will be rationed for all, in order to ensure that, even while we continue to receive supply
ships, the Kingdom continues to build up a larger storage. The excess produced across the
Kingdom is being moved to Heaven's Reach. However, if you are fleeing early, ensure to load up with all excess food.
