If you can run Gary's mod, counter-strike, Half life on low settings you can run this on medium. It's real old!

Oh Did not know that. I can run GMod on High settings and CS:GO on Medium. I may get this game then Do I need something like GTA: 4 to run it? Like how you need something like CS to run Gmod?

Yeah... I watched a tutorial and it said to install it in Rockstar Games and stuff, except I don't have that folder, I found it in my Steam Directory, except the 'Install' button on the installer is blanked out so I can't click it, even when I go into the GTA:SA folder in my Steam Directory... le gulp
