Server Out of Date?

I'm trying to log into the server (first time in six months...bluh), but when I add the server to my list or try and direct connect it says the server is out of date. Has it not been updated for 1.7.2? If it hasn't, how do I get the older version of MC so I can log in?

Use this guide to downgrade to the current version of the server, which is 1.6.4 :
