A piercing coolness, scratching at her neck. A bedgrudged woman, performed her duties, sitting alone in a ditch of a cell. Thought forgotten...left to rot. She has performed what was asked of her, done her duty, been given her respite. Yet... it's never enough, is it? The gnawing darkness, once thought of as a vice she could not escape... her birdcage in the flock of men. How curious... how warm it has become... gentle and caring. Emotions... thoughts... promises... flowing through the streams of her psyche, a never-ending cacophany. "Father... has not... abandoned me...has he?". Short, childish giggles penetrate the surrounding void. Was that her? It doesn't matter... it will not matter. The soft embrace has given her a choice. An exchange, not of materials, but of safety... of necessity. Of power.

They can make fireplaces and candles half as bright, but half as warm as well, providing it is within a ten block radius of them.

Their touch creates frost in a small area (whisper range) and the temperature lowers to a chill.
[Freeze] (x0):
They are able to use this ability to freeze or cool off liquids up to a tankard in volume, or even provide a cool touch to someone feeling feverish for a respite.
Strengths:
-Can see up to three blocks in the dark, showing her surroundings in a white outline.
-Can withstand cold temperatures, she does not need to bundle up as much when going out into the snow.
Weaknesses:
-Aversion to brightness, flames are acceptable if not too close to the face.
-Must cover her face with a cowl to tolerate daylight, preferring to stick to the shade.
-Hears occasional whispers.

Notable Acts/Rituals:
-Spends 24/7 in the shadows of her dark cell.
-Consistently shields her eyes from the brightness, a pre-existing aversion.
-Rarely is removed from the shadows for interrogation, hygiene etc.
