[E1] [Memory’s Legion I]: Tattoos of words in Old Arcturian appear on Storm's chest, the content changing day by day. They begin on his chest, the words that are present will often relate to the locale or surroundings Storm spends time in. Other times, they will be names of the citizens of Harlaus; the handwriting for each word different. During spellcasting or deep concentration, the words begin to glow with a pale golden light; visible in darkness, but not enough to see by alone.
[E2] [Memory’s Legion II]: The words begin to spread over Storm’s body, creeping onto the entirety of the torso, including the back, as well as the upper limbs. The words themselves begin to change more frequently; at most, twice a day.
[E3] [Memory’s Legion III]: The words spread further still, now visible on the lower limbs, including the hands, aswell as on the throat and neck. The words change more frequently; every three hours they completely shift. Additionally, Storm is occasionally subjected to whispers in his ears of voices he does not recognise, but yet still carry some sense of familiarity. These voices are always present during spellcasting or deep concentration.
[E4] [Memory’s Legion IV]: The words carved into Storm’s flesh begin to manifest in the air around him; the same tattoos which now cover his body begin to occasionally manifest in a three meter radius around Storm; other than no longer being strictly bound to his body, they otherwise follow the same guidelines as in [Memory’s Legion I]. They may also appear on solid surfaces within the same radius. During times of spellcasting or deep concentration, the words are always present and more numerous. The words on Storm's body now change rapidly whenever he casts a spell.
[E5] [Planar Regalia]: Evidence of Storm’s mastery of the Planar begins to manifest around him. An aura appears around Storm; a dark shimmering void where motes of the elements dance across. During spellcasting or times of deep concentration, the void comes further into focus, giving attention to the motes as appropriate to the Animancy Spells Storm casts.
Sustained Effects
Earthen Bind: Those who are Sparked into magic through the embrace of the mountain find themselves drawn to the earth. They are somewhat uncomfortable unless they are stood upon on solid ground or dirt, but can overcome this through their will. Their forearms or legs (at the player's choice) take on a rocky appearance, providing no additional protection mechanically but are otherwise coarse to the touch. The type of stone they mimic is up to the player, but cannot be altered once chosen. In Storm's case, his forearms take on the appearance of basalt.
BRAND OF THE COURT || Around the right wrist, scar tissue has formed that vaguely resembles that of a chain, linking its way entirely around the wrist. The brand makes it so that those who carry it, are unable to write down what they learned from the Court, nor can they speak about it to others who weren't present. Candlewood's memory crystals seem to reject any attempt of storing the event within their sapphire runes, written pages combust into flames, and their tongues burn with excruciating pain if they do attempt to speak with others.
