The Fledglings:
A sub-guild of sorts, intended for young, aspiring adventurers. The fledglings are open for children ranging from ten years of age up until sixteen years of age. As the children progress, they will move towards more specialized ranks if they so desire, to cater to their individual strengths and interests.

What they Do:
During their time with the guild, the Fledglings will learn skills such as weapon fundamentals, basic first aid, basic herbology, and survival skills. The idea behind this group is to allow the children of the New Kingdoms to have an environment in which they can learn and build upon skills they may use later in their lives for careers of adventuring. Members of this group will graduate into small, specialized groups. From there, they have the opportunity, as they grow older and wiser, to become Junior Hunters, and eventually if they so wish, full-fledged Hunter. The Fledglings are dedicated to service to their communities and growth into self-sufficient adults. The Junior Hunters will be given the opportunity to join the Hunters on their less dangerous hunts, as squires or as general support.

How to Join:
As with the Hunters, parents of aspiring Fledglings, or the children themselves may approach the guildmaster, Thryss Vendolyn with their interest in joining. Unlike the Hunters, however, there is no application process for Fledglings. In order to graduate into a specialized group, a Fledgling will eventually be tested among a group of peers in the same specialization.

The Fledgling Code:
~Each of the Fledglings will bring something unique to offer their peers. Learn to ask for help if needed.
~Though they are young, Fledglings are expected to learn to behave rightly among their peers, and work out disagreements between themselves.
~Fledglings are to practice swordplay with wooden swords. Do not bring real swords to Fledgling training.
~A Fledgling is to use their skills for the forces of good.

The Fledgling Oath:
An adventurer's path a Fledgling roams
To learn to fight for family and home
We will smite evil which lurks around
And build ourselves up from the ground
