Ok so we have had great participation so far so I thought I'd post the results of what has been submitted so far....
Each dot represents one person in the approximate area where they live. The color represents donation level, and red dots are mods / admins. To see a better image, either copy the link into your URL or click on the top of the picture to enlarge it. First up is Australia:

Moral of the story for Australia: If you want to be an admin or a mod, move to Australia. Except for the guy in New South Wales there. Poor child.

The Euro population is mostly Southern English... oh, and despite France having one of the largest amounts of minecraft players in the world, we have so far had no French people participate. Sad.
And time for North America:

An unusual thing here, two cities are tied for the highest number of census takers (4 each), the San Francisco area with around 7.2 million people, and the Salem, Oregon area with around 400,000 people. We also seem to lack participants from many of the the United States's largest states and cities, along with much of the middle section of the entire country. Winnipeg, Montreal, NYC, and that one random city in Western Michigan are tied for 2nd with 2 each. Please encourage more people to take this census guys, it's far from over and I want to make this map as accurate as possible for the betterment of the server.
