Several notices in Storms Landing are seen posted besides heralds of the Inquisition of Saint Jacqueline.

To the People of Storms Landing, friends and friends yet to be,
It has come to our attention that an organization known as the Inquisition of Saint Jacqueline has issued a proclamation in Storms Landing citing that the city's government has become a so-called “failed state” for violating the ordinances of The Five Universal Laws listed in in the Black Book of the Inquisition. Regardless of its merit, this foreign document is not recognized as part of the official laws we seek to uphold and improve upon. Moreover, House Ivanov’s support of this blatant attempt of enforcing martial order outside of its jurisdiction will not be tolerated. With that said, we call for Aleksei Ivanov to stand trial for their unlawful acts made by them unto the city. Their list of crimes is as follows:
[Moderate Crimes]
Assault (Two Counts): Attacked Melarue Lydril and Guardsman Oleg.
[Greater Crimes]
Vigilantism: While Melarue Lydril is a known criminal in her own right, he decided to take the law into his own hands without approval and take her down by force.
Fleeing Arrest: While being approached for their behavior, Aleksei refused to comply to Lieutenant Oleg's issue of the law.
Attempted Murder: Attempted to murder a Guardsman that sought to detain them.
[Grand Crimes]
Kidnapping: Unlawful detainment of Melarue Lydril without knowledge of their whereabouts.

Failure to appear in an appropriate time will result in a passed motion in replacement of a verdict. To those who rally to this call of disorder, any who involve themselves with further sedition will bear the responsibility of their decisions.
