Members of the Silver Council,

It has come to the attention of Imperial High Command that the recent fire inside Port Silver, which to understanding been named a Feast of Flames by the locals, has damaged the city, specifically the lower districts and docks. On orders of the Imperial High Command and the Emperor the IMS Endevour was ordered to Port Silver to distribute food and medical supplies on behalf of the Grand Lion Empire.

It is with gratitude we welcome your ship. While we are not certain why such a devastating tradgedy you regard to be a "Feast", we nonetheless hope this aid is brought with good intentions. These resources will be immediately put into helping Port Silver recover from the destruction, and we hope to not keep your gracious ship long.
