{ ! } The door is hewn of a heavy walnut, stained to an ashy brown. Upon its face, a simple loop of tarnished brass serves as a knocker, just below letters of similar material set into the wood: “Callaway”. The door handle is a disreputable thing, just as careworn as the door itself- a brass affair cast in the shape of palm and fingers, designed to force any would-be visitor into the most unfortunate of handshakes. » Lysander (TheDeester ) || Bad News, Worse Stakes || Theme (New)
He owes her- in theory, at least. There is absolutely no fixing this guy, but we can watch
his wandering with interest. || A healthy dose of skepticism - a hypothesis, to be tested. If
such a chance is ever given. || There are things she would like to say, if she ever gets her
breath back.


» Gaelwyn (Sir Saltington ) || The Assurance of Tradition || Theme
She would like to see where his heroics take him, even if she frets for the inevitable danger in
the idea. || He is a very honest individual. Thank goodness for clarity- and someone who is
willing to let her wander her own path.


» Isca (Gingersnips ) || The Shrinking Violet || Theme
Isca is a character of interest to Vivendel. She wishes to see what makes the woman tick- her
interactions in Stormhall have only pushed her toward respecting Isca. Thus, the garden
grows. || There is nothing to say, beyond empty apologies for being less saintly.


» Halvar Varyn (AionTbird ) || By Hand or Hatchet || Theme (New)
Vivendel appreciates someone who knows when to take direct action, so she appreciates Halvar.
There's some relief that is is him, of all people, who crossed paths with her that day. || She would
like to consider him one of her dearest friends- one of several who are in over their head but will
not let others drown. Best we keep him afloat, as well.


» Veldric Alraun-Dugald (mageaegis ) || The Practical || Theme
A calm sort. Viv doesn't know many people, but Veldric has (thus far) struck her as a reliable and
helpful young man. Perhaps someone to note for future projects, if they ever pan out.


» Tulip (Moosh || Spoiled Rotten Child, Making a Mess of the Garden || Theme (New)
To be thrown into the world with so little understanding is something she tentatively relates to. Even
if they might face it in different ways. || Do not speak to us of meaning. The petty, petulant, and the
pathetic show no value to us. Before all else, we will strip the self-named tool of purpose.


» Atlas (Mudpaw11 ) || A Lucky Sign || Theme
The map-child is regarded with some amusement. The attempt at manners is met with respect- as
manners are, it seems, hard to come by. She is more than happy to assist where needed, in Atlas' projects.


» Elthea (Book ) || A Catalogue, Closed || Theme
The archivist is of note to Vivendel. Shared interest and mutual friends does a good bit to kick-start a
potential friendship of their own. After weighing up the pros and cons, she has decided that this would
be quite nice.


» Gunter Schmidt (Philipe ) || A Whispered Word || Theme
A brief meeting, by all measures, but a very productive one. Vivendel is hyper-vigilant, but hesitantly
hopeful. At least he seems respectable as an employer.


» Kam Hakiaz (Kamaoe ) || Bodes Well || Theme
Her interactions with Kam have solidified her as a figure of respect and, in Vivendel's mind, dignity.
Reading of her in the library feels somehow a trespass, in light of this- but it is the reactions of others
(namely Halvar and Lysander) that prove to her she's in the right.


» Fita Illirym (Opal ) || Those Left Behind || Theme
The baker was not someone Vivendel had much spoken to- but in retrospect, she wishes she had. The
revelation changes little but a desire to help. || There is a strange strength to the woman. She wishes
she saw it more. If she did not know better. . .


» Maya Craft (Anordil ) || The Wind-chimes Sing || Theme
Not, perhaps, the sort of person we expected to blugeon a construct- but we are glad she did. Vivendel
is impressed by the woman, who has proven herself to be none of the things she detests; in fact, rather
the opposite.


» Laicelem Aethlren (xVigil ) || Anything & Everything || Theme
A surprisingly consistent figure, of late. She cannot help but be flattered, though some habits are hard to
break, and having met someone 'not so unalike' does give a point of data to reference. || Worrisome to think
on the change. Is death so often denied? Is that always correct? But how can we question that, when we would
miss them dearly?


(New!) » Valdosta (Kamaoe ) || She of Spine and Spittle || Theme
The ever-grinning woman who seems to know much more than Vivendel does- an unsettling fact. One is forced
to read between the lines with Valdosta, but it is a much-needed exercise in metaphor.
