Voting and emerald claiming issue

Hi!

I voted multiple times while being online on my account Piratep00f.
Now I came online and voted one more time, then did /confirmvote several times, but only got the emeralds of one vote.

There is only one suggestion I have of why this is the case, but I need confirmation on this:
I vote from 3 different IP-adresses constantly and irregularly. The last vote I made while being online was with a different IP then the ones I voted with this week. Could it be that it "forgets" the votes from the other IP adress and if so, how can I solve this in the future?

I've noticed some odd behavior of the /confirmvote command as well. It's currently is not working at all, it seems. And when I last tried to use it a couple days ago I received far fewer emeralds than I though I had stocked up.
