6. How do you feel about the 'roleplay' aspect of our server? Do you have any experience roleplaying? I'm looking to find a more immersive Minecraft experience. I used to play Shadowrun and Rifts back in the day, so I know my around roleplay.

7. Please introduce yourself to the community; explaining who you are, your interests / hobbies and why you are here in 8 sentences or more.​

I'm an avid Minecrafter, more interested in building things than anything else. I've been playing for about a year now. I am coming from a 100+ person server, where I was the Asst. Admin. It finally shut down due to funding, but was awesome in the day.....sigh. Now I am looking just to play again and enjoy the game. I'm a sculptor that loves to tinker in Minecraft, creating architecture and dabbling in city planning. Avid self professed nerd, lover of all that is geekery, ie Firefly, HIMYM, GoT, all sorts of gaming. I teach Art and Architecture at a college in the Pacific Northwest, mainly helping students develop prototype models for their portfolio's.

This is a video from our server, about 80% of the buildings are mine. I accidentally deleted all of my screenshot, so this si the only example of my work currently.​

9. Is there anything else you wish to share with us?​

Just that this server seems like an awesome place. I look forward to finding another awesome community that celebrates friendly multiplaying​

10. Are you aware that the use of black magic (xray,xray texture packs and ore locator mods) is not allowed on our server, and a banishable offense?​

WHAT! That's just crossing the line. Black Magic? The dark arts claim another vict....oh, no Xray mods, sure sure, I understand that.​

11. How did you find out about our server? One of the moderators from our old server​

came here and highly recommended it. Celebrant posted that it was just the type of place that welcomed mature, friendly players.

Wow, you work in a college in the PNW? I live there, but anyways, this is a pretty good application, but not perfect, I'd give around a 4/5. But I'm no mod. If I was, I'd whitelist you.

Before you do anything, I really recommend flipping through the Altera Census to get a feel for the possible towns in Altera. When you start, you'll spawn in the town of Brustenburg. Use the Altera Survival Guide to find your way to Port Silver and the docks there to start to visit towns that you'd like. You've got to live in a town on this server, so its beneficial to know what sort of town you're looking for when you start.
Also, please read the rules one last time on the wiki tab to make sure that you've got a handle of things. I'd like to put an extra emphasis on the anti x-ray rule. Any use of black magic will be discovered.
