Not going to respond and going to let this run on until one of you inevitably denies this for no reason whatsoever other than it ruins server reputation. I was not disrupting I was killed repeatedly... is that disruptive?

The staff can easily check the logs to see if you were disruptive or not.
Regardless of that; Naelwyn is a long-time staff member and has given players little reason to doubt his judgement. I may not agree with him on a number of topics, but player-bannings are certainly not on that list.

Denying a ban-appeal (or banning players in the first place) will not ruin the reputation of the server. What does ruin that reputation is having players such as yourself, who are consistently rude to others.

I am not treating anyone like dirt. you asked for respect and I stated that you should show me respect. you have earnt none from me either. I do not claim staff are machines and should do as I bid? could you quote that bit too?

Your overall attitude on this thread is extremely disrespectful to the staff as well as the players here.

Please keep in mind that requests for ban appeals are supposed to be requests for ban appeals. This is not a request; but rather you complaining about being banned. If you're wondering why this ends up getting denied, then there is your reason. That being said, I will fetch up what logs I can and I shall wait for Naelwyn's decision.

Ordinarily, only the staff member who had issued the ban should be able to deny/allow an appeal. If you want a definite answer on this, then you'll have to wait for him to return from the event. Due to the nature of the event, that may be quite a while.

NOTE TO EVERYONE: I would humbly request that you all keep posting on ban appeals to a minimum as it clutters the thread with mostly unnecessary text, thank you.

Took a break from the event to just clarify this to you.

You were warned that any further warning would be a ban - then you were banned.

You continued to disrupt the event even after you were temp-banned which should have been a blatant enough warning as is, then you returned to start throwing sugar at people in the event and continued being disruptive.

As I see neither any remorse or even recognition of the fact that several longtime players of our server having told you exactly what you did wrong, I see no reason to perform an unban at this time.

Threatening anyone on this server for any reason is completely unacceptable, and you are permanently and indefinately no longer welcome here.

These were logs given to me while I was searching. It did seem extremely disruptive, or very poor roleplaying. I would like to remind you that constant OOC messages during an event is extremely disruptive as it ruins the immersion created during an event.

That and what Naelwyn said; threatening players is definitely disrespectful and quite disturbing really.
