The defeat of Arcturus was merely a delay. As none acted, the faithful reunited, and rebuilt. With the return of the ancient Lions, the lowest and highest of the old Imperium regained their strength, standing by the name of Turiens, the men of the middle and south. Their faith and culture modified, those of the Lion still survived, patiently vying to come back to the path of the Sun and of progress. Having reunified the majority of the 1st Imperium and now most of the South, and grew even larger in both size and faith to their reformed Deities, Ignis of Light, Rahas of Justice and Sallana of Life, l’Empire de Turia seeks to achieve the long lost goals of the past. No longer shalt Thy’s faithful suffer the dark and evil of the world, for the Light of the Sun shalt be spread by open hands to all of Thy’s mortal creation. No longer will some pray upon the weak, for the blades of Justice and Order will protect the Turiens, may they be small, strong or noble.
Following the recent Marrian referendum, The Federal Empire now occupies the majority of the south up to the independent city-state of Wolfstadt, and several holdings in the north around Queen’s Port. The Turien states practices a loose regional system, which means that each national realm such as Haven and Marr are subject to have their own sub-government, laws and justice system, which means that most Electorate authorities are left mostly unaffected by the higher regime. The Empire is essentially an economic and military union recognizing a same final authority.
Here shalt be presented the new categories affecting Arcturian-cultures reforms. L’Impérateur Lavoyard, founder of the Régime, has split the absolute power of the grand realm in three Estates:

Here are the current Electors of the Federal Imperial Throne, the High Lords and Dukes who hold Endorsement right in the case a succeeding (Death of previous Impérateur happens.
Those who hold those titles will be called to hold a Conclave should an Impérateur (Emperor) meet death, and will convey and discuss who should take his place, may it be the previous Emperor’s progeniture, should they still be liked by most, one of the Electors, or in extreme conditions, a noble figure outside of the ring of Electors.
