Arcturix is an aristocratic totalitarian ultra-capitalist state in which the state are the heads and furnishers of the army. The ones heading the country, funding the army and their own private little militias are those with billions in their pockets, and also the ones that feed, clothe and arm them.

It's pretty much explained on the thread i've just made a couple of hours ago about my Nation. Most of the active RP nations shouldve have been linked on it! Arcturix works the very same as a feudal kingdom would. Except they have modern tech.
