the Phillipines is an asian island nation, as is Japan.

therefore, Corvermell is the most japanese-like nation.
and Corvermell does not bomb harbors.

thus, my prediction: role reversal.
the america-like country bombs the japan-like country
that also happens to be based on the state that had the harbor that got bombed in real life.
