To the staff: Are you working on War-Rules or have you finished them yet? It'd be nice if two towns can take a look at a thread with the rules and go on ooc discussing their rp from that point onwards

I realize this. That is why I'm asking not for war rules, but for how far the team is at developing them.War rules have been asked for since like, 2012
I understand it can get quite frustrating for the staff that we keep asking for war rules, but the fact we are still asking for them kinda shows their importance, no?
Right now I'm hoping for a response at least on their progress since 2012
