I'd assume "protection" can be guaranteed on a monthly pay of equal or 75% value of radiants based on the original cost of protection. However, if someone was to pay higher than the amount paid for "protection" then the ante will need to be upped. Think Mafia rules. 'Course, this could be entirely wrong as I'm not Cap to explain the Banner's methods.

Monthly Payment: 6000 or 4500 [Depending on your ability to bargain]
