Trade
​

Trade is as much varied as the people of the land depending on the location of the mercantile family or house. The primary exports of the land tend to be majorly agricultural products, or refined products from the farms and ranches that produces them.

The farms generally produce wheat and barley in large amounts, as well as hay for feeding of animals. A farming family usually keeps a small family of hogs and cattle to trade as well.

Ranchers tend to keep larger host of animals large amounts of horses,sheep or cattle growing small gardens to help supplement the families diet. Trading the meat and animals for the other needs they may have or need, selling wool to the towns and cities to be turned into cloths.

Towns and cities tend to trade in crafted goods taken in from the farmlands, turning grain into bread transporting hay into the farther reaches of the lands. As well as manufacture of smithing tools and weapons as well as cloths and wine, acting as hubs for trade each place has a central market usually around the keep.

A few of the people that are in the hills or on the fringes of the borders that live at the feet of the mountains extract, iron and gems from its depths or gold the ore or value varying immensely depending on where they are at. The amounts not very large to make a great difference.

When dealing in trade the Telarion people actively encourage trade with other people and races, refusing trading with few unless they are known to be enemies of the land itself. Relying mostly on their ships and ports to make trade possible with others, and even preferring further to use other cities not belonging to them to export goods.

History​

The beginnings​

The history of the Telarion people starts in a very turmoiled time and events a people that lost their home and their leaders.Long ago during an age of strife and war of when armies fought the fight against the vile and corrupted Queen Grief. The city of Port Silver stood tall and proud over the land with Queen Lemith at its head.


But to the North stood a city that no matter one's station they could make their way in life and rise in the ranks.This city full of vile and villainy gambling halls, and merchants of mercenaries and nobles.This city was known as the port city of RiddlePort full of secrets and mystery and hidden dangers, that many fell prey to.

It was home to one of the great houses Cromarcky and at its height it ruled much, and dealt with all. It was a shining beacon to what one could accomplish through hard work and their own merits to accomplish what they desire.


During the last days of this city with the disappearance of all of its nobles the city began to wax and wane. Its people in its last days gathered up their things before striking out to the lands around it, the great plains and snowy mountains that resided around it.


The people slowly began to rebuild over time brick by brick and inch by inch of plow and soil with hard work and merit. The Bloody Coin mercenaries protected the people and their families waiting for work that never came. Not being the same since Baron Kyro had left them and slowly turned into the people's militia and military.


The first town that they settled down in they but a small shrine in the middle of it in memory of their city. They picked up their tools and pushed forward striving just to survive and make a home out of life.

The Ascendance​

The people strove hard to make their lives livable but without guidance or direction they grew stagnate very quickly. Not reaching near the heights that they could achieve eventually an elven man came back seeing the ruins of the his city that he had defended and lived in for so long. He wept for his lost friends and city, before wandering to find any remnants of what was. He soon discovered the people in the plains, he helped the people out teaching them how to survive better out in the wilds.


He came from an old elven house named House Telarion when he first spoke to Mayor Randal he smiled down at the man shaking his hand firmly. He then spoke softly to the man like one would to a long lost lover.


"The seeking of Knowledge Solace your soul, and the foundation of Love hold you firm" he said as he and the mayor began to plan on how to better the village and the people's lives. Slowly month by month the town grew and prospered under his care and guidance.


These first words spoken were the man’s house motto and became a common blessing amongst the people, out of honor and respect for what the man and his house did for the people. The house still carries this motto as well as their family sigil, and is one of the great houses of the Telarion people.


Soon the first city took form and they called it the City of Orthagyrrh known in the common tongue as the City of Redemption. It was here that the Telarion people first took the name of the house. In honor of the person and house that helped lead them out of their darkest times back into a realm of prosperity.


Soon after the building of the first council chambers a chair sits separate from the council it is never taken as a seat. To sit in this seat is a great offense as it pays homage to Marcus Helix as he resided over the greatest golden age the people had ever saw.

The First Founding​

The first founding refers to the time that the first two great temples were founded at this time. The two temples were a Temple of Silas to preserve the history and knowledge of the world and their people, as well as seeking of new knowledge and the betterment of thier lives.


The second temple that was founded is the temple to Sallana for the love of family and people. Seeking to build a more family and ideal life and bonds with all of the Telarion people together in love and hope.


In the center between both of these temples the other gods have their own small shrines so that all of them are respected. All of them of a equal size showing that none of the gods hold more greater importance than the other that each serves their own purpose and hold equal importance.


Upon this first founding a located to the rear is a large building, it is similar to a museum itself.But is in fact a religious importance to the people inside this area hold in different sections the history of our world. Each depicted in murals and statues and artefacts as well, each section is referred to as an pattern of altera.

The Pattern of Gods​

The current times that we are in is the Pattern of the Gods as they call it due to the message that Clain has brought and the searching for the stones. This is still being written in the people's life’s.
