General Information
The Assassins' Guild of Altera is a Guild that has existed for a long time, it has however gone unnoticed as it has been hidden away deep inside the mountain of Aeroch Nor.
Up until very recently, few knew of its existence.
It has finally decided to re-emerge and hopefully attract the skilled fighters of Altera to come serve with it.
It aims to help people wishing to pursue a career in the role of an Assassin to come to the Guild in hope of being able to train and educate them in the ways of an Assassin.
If you wish to try and join, find one of us, and you will be brought to the Guildmaster, who will decide whether you are worthy.

(OOC Note: This is primarily focused on gathering would-be Assassins out there and helping them stay off the path of OP'ness, Stupidity, etc, and instead teach them how to play it fairly and how an Assassin should be done)

The Rules​

• Do not go around saying you're an Assassin, (directly, that is, you can leave a note, or hint it)​
• · Do not be OP​
• You are NOT Invincible, you WILL take hits​
• You will only get better from practising duels, fights etc.​
• You cannot and will not ever kill someone in a single OP move such as *Stabs you in the heart* and will always give the target a chance to defend themselves.​
• Only Accept a Contract if they have a VERY good reason, I.E. "They did So and So to my Family/House and have therefore caused X, Y, Z to happen"​
• NO "Parents Murdered by Bandits/Monsters etc, Revenge OP Ninja Assassin" allowed​
• If the request is along the lines of "I want them dead because I don't like them" Instantly Decline it.​
• Before accepting or carrying the contract out, you MUST check to see if the target agrees to a possible RP Death.​
• Charge a Fair price to the contract requester, dependant upon the targets, Status, Wealth, Difficulty​
• This is NOT Assassin's Creed and it never will be​
• Disobeying any of these rules, depending on seriousness, will result in a warning, removal or ban from the Guild.​

There is no Set-Uniform; It can be white/grey/green, whatever you want it to be.
Please, please, refrain from the idea of “hidden blades” and try to only use fists, daggers, swords, and axes, in fact, any weapon will do. But just run it by me first.
This is NOT a 24/7 Job, you are allowed to have a life outside the Guild, you will only be needed when there are Meetings or Contracts to be carried out.

Guild Locations
This section is a small bit of information on where the Guild's "HQ" and "Outposts" are located.
Guild Members can go to these locations willing with legitimate RP Knowledge of where they are.
Whereas non-Guild Members may not, apart from TWO exception:
You may meet an Assassin at one of the chosen locations to discuss a Contract.
or
You have legitimately earned or found RP knowledge of the Guilds location.

"HQ/Base"
The "HQ or Base" whichever you want to call it, is located in Aeroch Nor. If you step off the Airship from the airdocks. It is located inside the mountain straight ahead. It will most likely have the gate sealed to prevent unwanted Guests. But if it is open (Which it shouldn't be), please do not enter unless you are a Guild Member or you have been Invited. Essentially, RP-wise the gate is always shut. But OOC -wise it is sometimes left open by accident, but still do not go in.

Never thought of that, my friend said the "In Shadows We Trust" when I was discussing restarting the Guild.
And yes, about the White/Black, there is no set-uniform, it is up the person.

Yeah, I just learned that a novice is someone who knows little to none on the particular area, while an apprentice is someone who is learning under someone proficient in that area.

I have always thought of Apprentices being in Training, and a Novice having completed their training and are beginning a proper career.

Novice - no knowledge
Apprentice - Learning under a Journeyman
Journeyman - Finished Apprenticeship, proper career and training apprentices
