GUILD NEWS
Years, almost a decade has passed since the Dogs failed at their task. Silence remained for too long. An attempt was made, an attempt was failed.
Once more we try to unite.

GUILD INFAMY
Whilst the guild may be new its exploits will soon number many.
-Have successfully stolen a reserve of treasure from the Dog's Thieves Guild.
-Successfully burgled a Tambry official's home.

The Guild is newly formed and highly suspicious. They do not feel the need to recruit heavily and will only accept those they know to be worthy.

Rankings
The are four ranks in the Watchers: The Interested, The Watched, The Trusted and The Watcher. While lower ranks must obey higher ranks for the sake of order, everyone within the guild is considered equal. Higher ranks should have authority by gaining respect, rather than inflicting fear.

The Interested: These are those who have contacted the guild and expressed their willingness to join, they are then watched closely and vetted via various trials.
The Watched: Initiates to the Guild, they are those who show promise yet are not ready to be trusted with the Guild’s secrets. This is when initiates are expected to drop out if this life isn’t for them, if they remain in the guild after this point they are in for good.
The Trusted: The majority of the Guild are trusted, it is at this point the Guild recognises one to be their equal in skill and in person. The Trusted are expected to train The Watched.
The Watchers: This is the Guild master and his two hands, left and right. These Guild members form the Council and will take charge of vetting the Interested as well as heists and other Guild events.

2. We choose the client. Many may ask, few will get an answer.
3. Clients are treated with respect, secrecy is our business.
4. Children are off limits. No exceptions.
5. Guild secrets must be kept, even when facing death (both IC and OOC).

CONTACTING THE GUILD
The Guild can primarily be contacted via marked dead drops and by otherwise contacting those who believe they have connections.
One must simply place a contract stating the following information.

This allows for non members of the Guild to successfully and anonymously contact the Guild with their darker desires. However, this is another reminder that the Guild doesn’t kill.
