It is amazing how something can be so easily misunderstood.
In whose case i gets its my fault for not being clear.
I was banned for "telling others to bend the rules and leave the server"
Infact thats not the truth at all. I was telling others about how in the past i did, which i regret and admit to 100%. I once used Smartmovements when i wasn't supposed to, i realized it was wrong and so i stopped. i will honestly admit to any crime i committed if simply asked. Because i would not want to exist on a server by supporting myself with lies.
Second, leaving the server? i think not. I simply said alot of my friends who used to be on Hollowworld, or other servers, are on alot of other servers. I was trying to suggest that people check them out, but i never really said that directly.
The funniest part of this all, was when i was asking this one guy, dead something, alot of metaphorical questions for fun. That might be why this huge misunderstanding is taking place, and im serious when i say its funny because i was simply trying to confuse the poor man sorry dead--something.

Anyways. If you keep the ban, i understand. I will simply consider it punishement for my past crimes. If you unban me, fantastic. I don't have alot of free time to get on but i simply love this server.
Some of you might bring this up, so i'll solve it now. I was perm-banned three times before, but all because of misunderstandings.
1st time) i was reported to go against a moderators word, but later unbanned by that man when i explained i simply was stating my opinion, and also his "countdown" as a bit unfair xD
2nd time) unwhitelisted for when i quit the server for many reasons, but it wasnt just the server, it was minecraft in general.
3rd time) i hadn't realized luther was doing so much copying of hollow world's server onto his. I was an admin there, but the only huge thing i saw was the titles. Later, after explaining it all, i was unbanned by the lovely Tinblue.

I was banned by Sally, which strikes me as a huge suprise. Me and her are friends, and she didn't even bother to hear my side of the story. But i don't blame anyone but myself for the misunderstanding.

And yes, i did ask people to join a guild that exists on multiple servers, although thats no serious offense. And asking them to download mods, note: not use - but download, that are allowed on the other servers shouldn't be considered an offense

Im sure we shouldnt unban him completely, its his fault for spreading the stories. I think a temp ban would be nice in this situation, unless of course theirs proof he is lieing though im not going to side with him completely.​

We used to be friends, but we haven't talked in ages and I'm insanely loyal to this server. The fact you're breaking the rules and convincing other people to do it as well is disrespectful to everyone who works hard to keep the server running so well. Frankly I like this server more than you.

The earlier one was an RP organization, even ask her, i did mention that when i meant break rules, it was the towns rules, and in the case that both people agreed to it.

The second one i was afraid of a ban because i had installed mods that were allowed on other servers, when i got on hollowworld i thought "Oh man, i could get banned, even if i don't use them" I decided that it really wasn't worth removing a good mod for other servers, just to not risk a ban on here. So i told people we "weren't afraid to break server rules" this was reffering to mods. I never used it, for your information.
In the end, i remembered talk back in like 1.7 or 1.7, i believe with megan, that there is no problem with having a mod as long a we don't use it. So i stopped worrying about it so much.

Yes, i shall admit, if simply having a mod on this server, and not using it, was an offense, i would've kept that a secret. But i figured out it wasn't, and gave up on the website. Gave up on the "not afraid to break server rules" thing.
Again, this is a huge misunderstanding. Most of the talk on this was done on facebook and Yahoo messanger, so there is no way you guys can assume what i was speaking about.

I saw this thread and just thought id say what he told me: He had a 'proposition' for me, wanted me to break ToC and install smart moving, which i believe doesnt even work on smp clientside and finally he seams to think that he's really powerful because he plays assasins creed (mentioned it at least once in our messages back and forth) and he seems to live quite close to kasaru (2 blocks, kas. mentioned it on a post once). Just my opinion but perma-ban does seem fit. Also, please ignore my blabbering, just thought i'd come forward

I was convicting others of nothing.
Like i said previously
A) i was telling people about good servers.
B) i told them about how in the past i had bent the rules, but no more.
and just recently
C) I was afraid of a ban simply for HAVING the mod, not USING it. I did not wish to remove a mod that is commenly used on other servers just because it was not allowed on here, btw it was "Smart Movements" mod that i was talking about. I was speaking with my friend "BlueMoonoftheEast" or "Dave" about the mod. We came up with the idea that if we kept quiet about the mod, and didn't use it, we wouldn't have to install it. Or, as i said to that man, "We arent afraid to break server rules"
Then, like i said, i remembered speaking to Megan back in 1.7 or 1.8 and her saying that it is allowed as long as we don't use it, so i stopped worrying so much.
The website has been cancelled, although if im allowed back on, i might allow it as an RP site.

I call bullshit. You said this all today, it's not in the past, you were pissing other players off by talking about this crap. People love this server, they don't want someone like you trying to convince them to break rules and go join your 5 other servers and watch your rp website. They joined HollowWorld. Not "Lol toughguyrm's epic assassin rp guild site that breaks rules".
