How many months has this character been actively played: Roughly 24+ months. It's hard to get a good gauge, but this character is incredibly old, and did a fair bit back in the day. On and off, I'd say around 24 makes sense.

I would like to request a reset to shift myself into a glass cannon playstyle further. Also, I was under the impression only crafting focus played a role in reducing mw cooldown from stats. That's on me and after waiting for my cooldowns to reset I told myself I would not go through such a long downtime again.
