dark hordes swirling into the air, this way, that way –

came marching on, close-file, along the deep wide beach
to crowd the meeting grounds.

Old Vorar's Castle holds a small garrison of Asrakosian legionaries.
It is all that stands between the forces of Cor Votum and Astrakhan.
While war has not yet been declared, the garrison stands at the ready to defend their homeland.
Yet, fear lurks in their hearts as they gaze into the depths of the black forests, wondering what evil men dwell there...
Will the free men of Astrakhan rebuke the cold hand of Skraag?
Or will they be snuffed out like so many before them?
OOC: This is the first event of the Bloodied Fords Arc. It is semi-private in the sense that this event isn't open to all characters (though future events will be!)
However, if you'd like to take part in some of that sweet, sweet siege-warfare action, then let me or Kosta know and you can volunteer as a soldier and be prepped on the system of CRP we're using (it's not at all difficult to understand)!
