5. In your own words, how would you define metagaming and powergaming?
I define metagaming as using knowledge IC that you shouldn't know for example your friend tells you he is being attacked two towns over and you go to help In roleplay you didn't know that so its metagaming.
I define Powergaming as using emotes that don't allow a reaction such as Rolof swings his greatsword cleaving his opponent in half.

8. Tell us about yourself! I am a teenager of a small high school, I prefer heavy metal but I enjoy folk and classic rock. I play an assorted amount of other playstation games but on minecraft I play "Lords of The Craft" another minecraft RP based server, and Hypixil. I love reading the different histories of cultures especially those such as Greek, Roman, Egyptian, Norse, but those are the most commonly known. I am a big reader and usually have problems finding enough books. I also play and DM groups for Dungeons and Dragons for me and my fellow friends. I started doing roleplay games/servers about five years ago and have loved it ever since then.
9. Do you have any examples of your work?
Not a very good artist or builder, and writing is limited to my roleplay.
10. Did anyone refer you? If not, how did you find our server?
SlothTeegah a friend of mine from another game referred this one to me along with a few other members of my group to come here.

Character Age: 21
Character Race: Human
Appearance: Rorik is a blonde haired man, with blue eyes and a slightly tan skin. Rorik has a small beard and mustache. He usually wears basic leather armor. Rorik has the tattoo of a wolf upon his left arm.

Current Setting of the Server:
As the last galleys pull into port from the Northern Kingdoms, so too do they mark the end of the Exodus. A dark and desperate chapter in Altera's history.
The undead swarms had battered us, and the Sea of Storms had bruised us, yet here we were, alive. Alive in a brave new frontier to the east, and the flickering embers of our dying lands were now kindling the fires of new civilization, in a land of opportunity, vast and boundless.
Now, for the first time in a long time, there is hope. Hope of a new chapter, a new beginning and a clean slate. Yet there is also fear. Fear of the land unknown, and the danger untold. There is fear that, in spreading the light, we draw the ire of what lies in the shadows.
But no matter the opinions on the subject, there is one thing that may be said for certain.
Life on Altera was about to change
Rorik would shrug his shoulders glad to be off of the boat. He would be alone his family having chose to go to a different settlement on the new land. Rorik's simple stature and work ethic having guided him to constant work while on the sea traveling. He would weigh much less and be more lean from the time spent on sea with rations and hard work. Upon looking around he would move to help those that were unloading their things from the ship for a slight time before going to find a town.
*"Hey you there, whats your name?"
Rorik would turn looking toward a man in the clothing of a town guard though well kept. "My name is Rorik, nice to meet you" he would say sticking his hand out to shake.
*The guard would shake his hand rather in a rush "I would like you to follow me" he would turn and start walking toward the town, Rorik following behind him. After awhile they would arrive to a type of barracks bustling with people going in and out. Rorik would be led to a man behind a desk
An older man though in good physique would look up toward Rorik "So I'll cut this quick, with the rate this town is growing and people are coming we are in need of more and more men to help protect and try to keep order. I had jeffery here" motioning toward the guard that guided Rorik "and some others looking for fit men to help do so. Finding jobs at this time is hard with so many people arriving so this is an easy offer though the pay is cheap and you will have a place to lay down your head"
Rorik would seem surprised and hesitate before answering all this coming too fast just having arrived.
"Boy I don't have all day now answer quick" the older man would say
Nods "yes, I'll work" says Rorik
"good now Jeffery here will get you outfitted and you will shadow him for a few days now go" the man would say returning to his work."
As Jeffery led Rorik through the bustling barracks back to a store house of such he would briefly explain some of the recent events going on in the town and responsibilities Rorik would have "What is your name again?" he would ask holding a clip board having finished organizing some clothes and a basic weapon.
"My name is Rorik." as he said this Jeffery would write his name on the clip board. "Who was the man back there?"
"oh that was Captain Alistair, he has been at this settlement for some time training us. Top brass from the King's military, or so I'm told"
