Ok one more quick question where can I find a more formal version
of the history of Altera, the story is nice and all but it does not give me a
frame of reference to build the my characters background off of.

Unfortunately, there isn't really a formal history written down anywhere that I've discovered.

In the meantime, I'm going to decline this application simply because this application has gotten rather cluttered. By all means, feel free to post another one once you've got everything in order. You can also take a look at previously approved applications to get a good idea of what it is we're after.
