Town criers from both far and wide would be presented with numerous invitations to an event of sorts, and in turn the message is spread to all. Those who express interest would receive an invitation to said event upon enquiring.

Why:
Henri Bayard, the Duc de Thorne, has stood in-between the waring states of the continent and, at this period of time there is seemingly a relative lack of bloodshed and an anxious peace, the noble sovereign, being the gracious host that he is, and at the behest of his steward, the Lord Carlos de Courtnay, has decided to host a ball at his ducal palace in Thorne. ​

Itinerary:
#1: Those invited are expected to be dressed appropriately.

#2: Checks will be made to those entering the Ducal Palace as weaponry will not be permitted at the ball.

#3: Welcoming and touring inside the Ducal Palace to all that make the journey to attend.

#4: No doubt there will be copious amounts of drinking.

#5: There will also be numerous occasions for couples to dance in the ballroom, and nowhere else.

#6: Closing with a speech by the Duc, in which prizes of two thousand radiants each will be given to;
