*Word spreads by posters and fliers throughout the realms, from Stoltfar to Slyannen and all the major ports between. It is clear that nobody is meant to be able to claim ignorance.
All of the copies are stamped with the sigils of the staghead of the Strandir, the hourglass of Tideborne and the sigil of Ulamyar.*
The crows claim the dead, and even before the Allmother has brought them back, a new hunt is declared.
It is the will of the Strandir, and the families of Tideborne and of Ulamyar, that this hunt shall never end.
Let no one across all the realms of the Eastern Kingdoms, from the frozen Nordlands to the Broken South,
from Linistel to Linlea, claim ignorance on this matter.
The spineless, bloodthirsty worm known as Cedlas is dead for his crimes of murder and assault against our families.
But so venomous is this man’s reputation, so utterly without honor or shame is he, that one death is not enough to satisfy us that he as a threat is done away with.
It is our will and judgment that, should Cedlas come back and for as long as he may live after,
he will have no quarter, no respite from the Wilderness which has come for him.
He may die and live a thousand times, and still he will be hunted, until finally the Grey claims his immortal soul.
This is our decree. Cedlas is hereby exiled from the lands of the Strandir and of the families of Tideborne and Ulamyar.
If the worm returns from death, then we hereby place a bounty upon his head of 125,000 radiants, to be paid upon proof of his death being provided.
He is not to be brought to us alive, for he should not be allowed to draw breath for a single moment longer than is necessary. Such is not a mercy he deserves.
Should he come back again after that, and for every time he returns from death thereafter, a new bounty of 50,000 will be placed on his head,
which may be further increased by his crimes should he commit them. Any who shelter him or aid him knowingly and willingly will face our wrath.
The Wilderness has come for Cedlas, and he will be shown no mercy.
No honor for the honorless.
