Unease

Halendar

Lord of Altera
Halendar finds each day getting harder and harder to continue living. Life seems to be a burden when not a month ago he was finding inspiration in everything he saw. Places he once found peaceful and serene to do his writing, are now littered with depression and angst. Nothing feels right when he holds his quill in his hand. The weather does little to help his mood as the sky opens nearly everyday showering him with it's own tears. Sometimes he looks up at the sorrowful clouds as the rain batters against his face, and wonders to himself, "When will this end?"

Jayo

Loyal Servant of Altera
Hancock steps out from the inn, Refreshed by the smell of rain only for a moment, Before the feeling of Unease fills him. He adjusts his Jacket only for it to spring up for a moment as wind a small gust of wind sweeps past him. He squints at the wind for a moment, The First flash and bang is felt in the distance and the clouds roll open to shower Luke-warm rain on him the Crossroads. He looks distressed while walking down the path.
In the back of his mind, He thinks. 'The portal.. What if..- We caused this..?'

I would be interested in perma- rain or thunderstorms. It might make the feeling of gloom and "unease" more intense. Makes RP more immersive as well I think. Maybe that's just me.
Uhm- dang it you're right
I meant toggledownfall, just keep a nice steady flow of rain and thunder, yes

There is always the thing that the post never mentioned rain; Just really odd strong winds.

NINJA EDIT: Text is bad at conveying Tones, this was in a more Scientific talk way

It's already pretty upped. If you feel it necessary to up things, that's your choice. It is not necessary or required, though!

Silverwatch has been experiancing some rocks falling off and hitting the buildings. Already, the Postal Service Building has caved in. The river near Silverwatch is rising. . .bugs, ticks, and other insects are thankfully not present. Falling rocks and mud slides lie around, not being picked up by the locals. The wind is bitter, cold, and harsh, even worse in some cases.

Cadwell's river has overflowed, causing many area's in Cadwell to be flooded. The bugs, insects, and such that have skiped Silverwatch are now in Cadwell. Only moscitoies, and flies. Many Cadwell citizens are fleeing to Azerport or hold up in the Cadwell Fort. The Crypts are completly submerged with water.

Azerport would accept them in, offering them refuge and shelter, with food and all that.

Yep! though the walls are managing to keep everything but the waterfront and farm secured. Plenty of food and water and all that.
Considering a large influx of refugee there you may want to start to edge into running out of food. But its up to you.
