I believe the town may be canceled due to Abbey leaving/being banned... No idea though. Might want to wait on another leader.

In that case, I guess Valmoore won't become a thing.

Then as per the rules it belongs to the server now rather than any players, this was added to prevent debates about ownership of regions we've seen so many between game of thrones and people wanting to bring practically dead towns through the exodus.

22. If you declare you are permanently leaving the server, anything you haven't already allocated to others becomes server property. Regions, Rads and Private chests.

Scooty doesn't have the funds to own the town and the region was never created, the money to fund it was thrown around to other players.

So Valmoore doesn't exist anymore, I'm sorry but I'll be locking this thread
