I love the architecture of these houses so much. I want to figure out how to build something in a similar style, but maybe with a little conservatory attached.

Pardon the noob questions, but how does this work--are we allowed to go and put something there right away? All I really need is a hole or hut I can put a bed, chest and the crafting things in so I can start gathering up materials. I'll try to keep it from being too ugly.
