By this I mean that Golden Bay will have a court of Lords and Lady's, if you would be lucky to be picked to be one we'll have a mean/evil/darl lord (not magical etc. dark lord but you get what I mean)
Because Golden Bay will be a city ruled by a council instead of a king or a queen, having a court of lords and lady's would be usefull/power show-off

I would like to do that but uhm, Golden Bay is being build now like OOC and IC so there are no lords/lady's there IC nor OOC, maybe his dad lived in PS and since that is destroyed Viktor want's a new big noble city

Pros: seems to suit him and his name the best, makes the most sense for a human noble to adopt, child of jishrim
Cons: there's so many humans already
Dwarf:
Pros: there's so few dwarves
Cons: too short, feels too much like joke character
Silver Elf
Pros: could also easily suit him
Cons: there's already so many elves
Moor Elf
Pros: has a good reason to learn Mok'yra
Cons: evil moor elves have been done, he can't be pale
Halfling
Pros: no one would suspect a thing
Cons: too short
Earthspawn
Pros: it would contrast pretty interestingly with his personality, majestic facial hair more probable
Cons: would not be as lanky, its hard to be an amiable villain when everyone looks at you and just sees a brute
