Naming New Beverages for the Merry Mead

I suggest a beverage called Silver Dart.
RP: It was named and originally made by Cedar J'sera in the Eastern Frontier after the first year of him living there. He figured out how to make a very sweet clear cordial from elderflower berries, apples, ground almonds (which give it a syrupy texture), sugar and fermented spider eyes (though he keeps that ingredient secret), as well as a few other flavours.
He liked it, but found that he couldn't drink an entire flagon without feeling quite ill from the overbearing sweet taste, so he added Altera's equivalent of vodka to provide a big kick of an aftertaste.
So, as the person drinks it, they would experience, at first, a pleasingly sweet and sugary taste on the lips and tongue, and as they swallow, BOOM goes the alcohol in the back of their throat.

Other: I want a line of Captain Sally's Spiced Rum. There would be just the simple "Captain Sally's Spiced Rum," then branch out to "Captain Sally's Private Stock," as well as "Captain Sally's Tattoo" which is the dark rum version. Could also go with a "Captain Sally's Parrot Bay" which is essentially a Malibu-type drink.
In short, I'm just replacing Captain Morgan with Captain Sally.
