Well, consider my character a part of the Folk Movement.
He was inspired by Kairo's stories and work, did some research of his own on the Silver Militia, and decided to help out.
Once he has a business up and running, he will be happy to supply the Militia with hand-carved bows and arrows, only the finest! And at a discount, too!
