Edited main post to make assistants slightly less useless (as it took me a few days to realize and then I was too lazy to fix it-) so they can apply for the refund but the owner needs to be in the conversation sent to me so they can confirm and I can/will send money to them after confirmation of the owner (Unless the owner applies and says "Throw the money at Name" whatever works-). Whatever the assistant does with the money IS up to them though, so as the main post says, don't throw 50k+ at people you don't trust :I.

Another change: To avoid potential drama/mistakes, I'll post the town getting removed but wont remove the town or refund them for 2 days. (I'll edit this into the main post soon)

Edit: I know 2 days isn't much.. but this is only lasting a month so I can't make it too long.

Edit again: IF there is issues with a town being refunded then please msg me right away! I don't mind researching logs or double checking with others if it means things get settled easier or issues are resolved.

Hey Sally, when they're refunded do you get all of the money from the plots as well? I have a couple that I would like to do but most of their cost is plot-based.
