I'd go with A) too. If there's an organisation that are against the common law of the Silvercloaks then they[the Silvercloaks] will want them out; it's not unfair, it's common sense. An organisation such as this has to think of the implications of being in certain areas instead of complaining about other players wanting to attack them in that area. You could always wear a hat of OOC if you're not willing to RP in Port Silver but still want to wander around there.
