Honestly, it'd be cheaper to hire an assassin or bounty hunter than it would be to make a bazillion copies of a poster with a picture and distribute it to every town on the map. Not to mention that it violates a ton of sovereignty to advertise your personal business on other people's turf.

Like, are you even considering the cost of paper, scribes, artists, and travel costs? Who are you paying to distribute the posters everywhere? Why should anyone give a damn about your own business unless you're offering a bounty? Here's one for ya:
