What I need from you all is a candid and civil discussion of possible solutions to this problem that have not already been attempted by staff. We also need to develop clear consequences to perpetuating these sorts of conflicts. I will be satisfied to allow this discussion to go on for a week or more, if necessary, as long as progress is made, and people are being courteous. But we need to come to some sort of decision that staff can use going forward. Or we will have to start using sterner methods.

I'm not asking you guys to like each other. It would be nice, but that's not up to me. I am asking that you help keep this server a fun place for others to RP. To that end, if anyone is having difficulty keeping their tempers in check while having this discussion, I will happily provide them with a 24 hour vacation from the forums via a temporary IP ban. I sincerely hope it doesn't come to that, but I want to make clear to you guys how serious I am.

When creating House Senatoor with ACU, I'm pretty sure neither of us intended for this... Whatever it is. I feel like a big problem (and I apologise to who this concerns, because they are generally great people) We have too many Senatoors, most of which I see no real logic behind their 'existance' for want of a better word. I say this a lot but this house was founded on a coalition between me and ACU, and about a week after it was made I went and got banned. So, what I've gathered is that it rather swallowed ACU/Rob up and things went down the drain from there. So, there's a high chance this is partly my fault. So I'm sorry for that. But back to the point I made about having lots of us. Me and ACU (though its constantly sliding towards being just ACU) are the only ones with the Authority to tell people in our House what they fundamentally can and can't do. Now, this is made so much harder with people just jumping in as a 'long lost cousin' or whatever. I probably couldn't recite a quarter of all the Senatoors in existence, the whole thing just completely left me behind. But, we're slowly but surely getting there, and we are more or less capable of just adapting to our problems, rather than fitting measures to cut them out. As stated before, this situation is simply cooling itself down; hence I'd suggest that you just step back and leave us to clean up our own mess for the time being, we're halfway there already (I think).

My main, Galomaltus Fiora, has nightmares all the time regarding his past. He will never forget the people he has killed and he will always wonder if there was a way to avoid killing them. He has taken a vow because of this, much like the Vermellian laws: He is not allowed to kill unless the person is dangerous and they are likely to kill/harm an innocent. I have stated repeatedly that the specific instances are not what this thread is concerning. I have asked several times to stay on topic. We have gotten others to stop bringing up with every post, and I'd appreciate it if you would be cooperative in helping us sort through this. I know you get frustrated and angry with all the conflict that comes your way. I've seen it. I'm trying to help. But responding to things which we've already taken care of and gotten to stop is a quick way to get tempers up.

Thank you, JTF. However, if it were just the issues involving the Senatoors, there would be very little need to make this thread. But this had begun before the Senatoors were really a thing, and it has already spread away from it.

What I want from everyone is to continue moving the discussion towards ways to handle this, both among yourselves, and as potential consequences for breaking the OOC peace. Again, this is not me saying I want to regulate IC actions. I am only interested in that as far as it affects what people say to each other in brackets, OOC chat, and on the forums.

To the best of my knowledge, the Senatoors are behaving- all they've been up to for a while now is building and peaceful RP amongst themselves, in their lands. I see no death, no warships, no battlements that can be traced back to the Senatoors. So by the looks of things, message received and understood.

My opinion on the Crown thing is that a central crown could be a good idea, but if controlled by Players (A player King, with a player Council).

I don't care who is the King/Queen, I don't care if they have a council or who the council is composed of. I just think that if someone wants to become King/Queen, they should do it themselves.

This might be my opinion, but what I want/wish out of a crown is a crown that controls with iron hand... A crown that the people fears.

A strong and brutal crown can make really fun and good rp, though I can see some problems with it being that way.

If someone said something against the crown they would have their tounge cut and meanwhile there would be a secret rebellion group that will deal justice, but aren't strong enough to take down the throne, but only weaken it.

But yes, I want a crown, but I sadly think it is a little late to implement again since it seems the power is to spreaded and those who have the power isn't likely to want to give it away.


If a crown were to come I think a new world would be best, so the crown can be kept from the start and not just suddenly implemented.

But those are just my opinions.

• Most definitely yes, in a following post I react more in depth
• Yup, dont see why people dont do this
• Yes, but it might stress out staff since you guys are already busy with a lot of other stuff

As I got a lot of thinking time on vacation I was thinking about bringing back a/the crown
I am a quite new player and I came after all grief/crown games stuff, but I still thought a lot about how a crowned king would be a good RP element

Now I know the queen was living in the silver palace in PS, as PS now is gone and some of you might know abot Golden Bay

As GB is to replace PS we, the people who currently rule GB, are trying to make it a great place

Now GB is player ruled and as far as I know we dont have any staff suporting us/giving stuf, we are a place on our own and we waat to be big

Now the crown topic, as we are to replace PS we also want a crown/king just like the old days
To give an idea, GB is IC ruled by my character Sankera, but the person who started gb is @Tomato150 character Visenya Senatoor, because of this he owns the land OOC. But with being the only one alive of them two and vis will change after her revival

...no offence dude, but you're dreaming really hard if you think Lavoyard, the Order or the frenchmen will bow down to Golden Bay even remotely. Knight's Haven is at least five times larger then Golden Bay, and growing.

I believe that bringing the crown back must be done by conquest and might, not OOC wise.
