For the-

Nobody owns Aellyr, and nobody can claim it because of the fact staff first need to wreck the region before claims can be made.

(Your not the only one who says they claim it either, so this is the best route)

You're free to /say/ you claim an area ICly without actually owning the land in game through Nobility, ( if in accord with both region owners, in this case, anybody can say they own Aellyr. ) but you probably won't be treated very kindly.
I mean, if I really wanted- Dayter could say he owns the entire river leading up to his home and everything within a five kilometre radius.

A member of Marr has paid 50k to start a region there so it is his and protected by Marr so whoever else says they claim it can kindly change that.

And staff can still wreck it, there are still a region and plots there in @Hogo-Sha Kitsune name.

I am currently discussing with ACU20 (the former owner) and SallyPirate on what is to be done with Aellyr. I have OOC ownership of one chunk, and I had assumed IC ownership. It will be determined who has ownership after the region is wrecked, and some may back out if the damage is too substantial.

Everyone's borders on this map used to be much bigger because of what they said they claimed.

This map is based on what regions owned by who, how many members, and how many plots thier regions are.

Besides James, I haven't really seen anyone RP in Allyr. Argue all you want, he occupies it. He can refuse consent to someone else attacking it. It's his and that's final. (Unless he brought it on himself)

Your basically telling a man who forked over the rads to make a region that it isn't his.

Senatoor completely moved out of it to somewhere else

The Kingdom of Landir is a Joke, just one person who claims ever city that was abandoned (if he actually bought a region there that would be different)

And I don't even know who else. The Vermellians? They can't and wouldn't try claiming the place away from James due to their own law.

Don'tcha think your ah, taking quiiite a lot of that land there? I see you trying to absorb port silver, which is definitely /not/ under anyones control. Along with the massive amounts of places you would have to patrol, watch, and actually use.... Heck you highlight over an entirely separate "island" that's practically half a continent. I mean, no offensive intended at all but, that's a ridiculous amount of space I don't think you can just claim like that, including Queen's Port.

90% of that claim is covered with our cities and vassals, look at dynmap and search for Golden flags.

I refuse to accept that outline
(( yer cutting over tooons of regions you don't own. And Server Regions = No, you're over the PS and Server Center ones ))

More accurately would be if you just had lots of smaller yellow circles where your regions are and go from there.
