Reason For "One Life":
I hold a "one life rule" for my characters as a personal preference- I feel it makes things more interesting, gives drama a bit more kick to it. Whenever I enter any violence or combat, I enter it knowing I may walk away less one character. I hold to this rule pretty firmly- If any of my characters die, they are very irreversibly dead (Of course, I think nothing less of anyone who prefers to revive their characters. To each their own ^^)

Character Name: James Blackfire
Reason For "One Life": James Blackfire worries for his family truly and seems like a guy who would come back AKA have the will to live. However his raging desire for life has calmed along with his personality. He trusts than when the gods do call his time it will be for good reason. That his family however dysfunctional or troubled will preserve and endure without him. In particular he feels his greatest accomplishments are behind him and he has lived a successful life already. He will no longer improve in skills or strength but slowly but surely lessen with each year at his age and to spend his time fighting the inevitable would be a waste. The only way he would return is if Flora was in danger and needed his help.
