Proposing some flow changes and other optimizations.
From where you spawn - if you head west, you reach stables that lead to other places by road. If you head east, you reach boats that take you to other places by sea.
Else, if you go into Storm's Landing, you are heading into the city - no fast travel or transit inside the walls, can move the cart to the outside, to improve flow and make the interior more RP/Build focused.
The first thing that should be get-to-able from walking inside the gate should be a tavern or some other primary neutral RP/hangout spot - it's one of the first things new folks could see or do, ideally it's something they can interact with.
Service buildings, like a bank, auction house, etc, go one way, player builds go the other - the ideal situation is to put some smaller builds, like shops, blacksmiths, things that people could own, /between/ major builds where you expect RP to happen, like guildhalls, theatres, etc - such that you intersperse the groups that would be having RP to a distance where the RP won't crosstalk in the channel distance.
Hence, you make a tavern in the entrance, then put in smaller 1-2 people RP builds in between the tavern and other places, and then build your other zones, like training grounds, theatres, etc, as a kind of checkerboard sorta pattern.
