I think the disagree button is pretty obvious- He just disagrees with the post. Unless we're all obligated to respond to every disagree we make. By that point, we should all also be forced to respond to every single agree and like that we give, giving full reasoning.

Not really.
While likes and agrees explains themself, agrees can be debated, but mostly they do.

Disagree mostly comes with a hopefully good reason and of course if anyone gets a disagree it would - atleast in my case - be best for me if I got it explained not know how to improve or what people did not agree with.
